I get what is going on, but I think Norman's idea to incorporate some kind of way to distinguish the sections of the lake with no air above the surface from the sections that you could swim on the surface in would be a good idea.

I'm sorta having trouble parsing this one. I think I understand what the underwater part is, but it still feels a bit unclear.

(Also, there's a fun underwater-cave-swimming part near the end of The 13th Warrior, I seem to recall.)

Totally great! I really like your work.
And you should consider to make border morphs open only to 3 sites, or even only 2, to make some kind of boundary where the dungeon ends. Just a thought.

Yeah, I really enjoy the ones where there are connections between two different sections, but they aren't just a simple corridor or door.

The more decision-making in the dungeon, the better, and you add nuances to those choices (like this one) that make it all more interesting... which, for large dungeons, is a must.

I don't know how easy it'd be to include in these geomorphs, but it would also be interesting to have some sort of one-way choices. I don't mean things like doors that don't open the other way, since that isn't obvious before you go in, so it isn't a choice: I mean ways that the players know that, if they choose them, they will have to find a different way back.

Keep up the good work!

Hey Dyson,
I wanted to ask you about your awesone one-page "Mapper's Challenge" map. That map has been incredibly successful and popular in my campaign; I built a fully-keyed 200-room mega-dungeon out of it which I'm contemplating publishing in some format.

If I were to go down that route, would it be possible to work something out with you to use the map for publication? Please let me know! You can email me at alex at escapistmag dot com.

Kind regards,
Alexander Macris
