The Temple of Illhan
Waaaaaay back in May of last year I was treated to a game of classic B/X D&D (using a slightly house-ruled version of Labyrinth Lord, really, just putting the cleric spell advancement back to no spells at level 1). This game took place in The Temple of Illhan, and when the adventure was over I was working with the DM to release the whole thing as a module.
Over a year has passed, and the module never got finished. But I just dug up a pair of the maps I drew for the revised version.

Wow, this sounds great! I really hope we get to see more of the maps.
This sounds really awesome. I hope you get to finish the module and the maps. I would love to try this on my players.
Alexander’s Rule: Used your maps for the Temple of Illhan for a session in my OD&D hexcrawl on Sunday. Didn’t have your key, but I had placed them in a hex as a complex of chambers which had been “cleaned out” and the PCs stumbled onto them while looking for something else.
Would it be all right with you if I posted keyed versions of the map over on the Alexandrian? (With links back to your original post here, of course.)
Absolutely key it on your blog. I’ll link to it. As long as the map is credited as mine and used under license (so the map itself is not released under a CC license) I’m more than cool with it – I encourage bloggers to do so because we can promote each other’s blogs.
